Dark Side Chocolates are made in the Comox Valley by chocolatier extraordinaire, Jan Peavoy, and her family. Jan uses only the finest creams and flavourings in combination with high quality, organic chocolate, and as many local ingredients as possible. She is inspired by her love for dark chocolate and all that it has to offer, both in flavour and health. Her goal is to present these decadences in a fresh and exciting way and to operate her business in a socially conscious and environmentally sustainable manner.
