When you contact nrichmedia, we will arrange a convenient time to speak, in which we determine your needs and goals and how to best go about meeting those in the design and functionality of your web site.

It can be very exciting to see your socially responsible business come to life on the Net. Following is the process we use in working with you to create your unique web site:

1. The first step is to establish the purpose of the site – is it to sell your environmentally friendly products or services or simply to provide information? With a clear vision of the site’s goals in mind, putting together the content and determining each element’s priority in the layout is a much easier task. The process of coming up with the content and a unique design to meet your goals will flow naturally, resulting in a site that will get your business the results you’re looking for.
2. Next, we discover what your style preferences are in terms of color schemes, fonts, general layout, etc. This step can be very collaborative, if you have a very specific design style in mind, or we can provide suggestions as to what is appropriate, and unique, for your business/organization and its target audience.
3. At this stage, we will come up with a plan for copywriting – whether it will be done entirely by you or if you’ll be enlisting the professional services of Juliet Austin to help write your copy using a style that is known to get results on the web. We’ll also determine how to optimize the site for search engines (e.g., Google), including making sure important key words are incorporated into the copy.
4. Once the copy has been written and any images/logos have been selected, the actual design of your site begins. We create unique design mock-ups of one or more pages and email them to you for your review. If any modifications are needed, we’ll make those and finalize the design to your specifications.
5. From there, the actual building of the site begins. This is where the pages are created, based on the approved design and content provided. Search engine elements are incorporated into the pages. And, the pages are uploaded to your server – usually in a hidden folder – so that you can approve everything before the site becomes “live” to the public.

After the site is made live, we can assist with link building to further improve search engine results. We can also consult with you on other marketing strategies for your web site.

In the future, we can provide maintenance to keep the content fresh and provide reports on how the site is faring in the search engine’s rankings.
